Working closely with individual organisations to achieve project goals, Biologystics provides four key services:

• Leadership and management of projects – our outsourcing model provides fully integrated technical and GxP expertise from discovery to phase I/II clinical trials. Our expertise includes manufacturing, methods and formulation development, pre-clinical and clinical development. We complement and expand our client’s resources while they maintain control.
• New project evaluation / planning for in-licences, and planning / positioning for out-licences. Working with stakeholders, we prepare pre-feasibility and in-depth feasibility studies for new projects, and strategic long-term plans to suit organisational goals.
• Project change: strategic project development to capture innovation and value. Often there is need for a strategic review of current projects, through changes in IP position, competing technologies, or development challenges. Biologystics applies best practice methods to plan and implement change.
• Project management systems improvement including:
  • Establishment of a project management office (PMO): Biologystics works with management to define the most appropriate and effective PMO structure. Implementation is achieved through focus on systems setup and coaching and mentoring staff. If required, Biologystics provides direct hands-on project management.
  • Project management maturity (PMM) improvement with benchmarking: Biologystics reviews an organisation’s project management systems, benchmarks them and advises on how to implement organisational-wide processes and standards to improve project management maturity.
  • Coaching and mentoring in best practice project management systems is available, either as a discrete service or included in service agreements described above.
