Project management workshops
Biologystics’ half-day workshop provides an insight into project management in the sector. It focuses on the project management core competencies, tools and strategies which fit the unique challenges of our industry.

An interactive forum is encouraged, with participants examining project management issues through case studies; evaluating lessons learnt and alternate scenarios using these examples. We describe a selection of practical management tools that can be applied to participants own projects, while conveying an appreciation of the value-add to development projects through effective management.
